Elettra's business, which is carried out mainly in the Italian market, is the sale of AEG electromechanical products for automation and electric distribution.

Its products are marketed directly through sales executives and also through a capillary network of agents, and are aimed at electrical material wholesalers, directly at industry and at professional studios that design large electric plants.

 

The sales activity is strictly tied to the company's technical expertise, and makes use of the collaboration and support of a highly specialised technical office made up of engineers and experts.

The technical/sales staff carries out the normal activities of client communication handling, but also collaborates integrally with the technical offices of industrial/civil clients or planning offices and offices of productive factories, with the aim of helping to use the offered products in a better way.

 

The distinctive signs of the activity carried out by Elettra are flexibility, personalisation, speed and service accuracy, even through the use of software to design automation and distribution panels.

In order to remain parallel with market needs and also to help the clients, we have interwoven different service partnerships with sector companies, for example with different workshops for wiring panels.
